After our picnic and a nap, we went back down and got in the water again. Here's me peaking up the slide...

I finally got brave enough to go down the slide.
I went head first one time. Thankfully Mom caught me.
Dad got in too and took me down the slide a couple of times. Grandma Cindy even went down the slides, but Mom didn't get a picture of that. We had so much fun this weekend.
We spent most of 4th of July weekend down at Grandma and Pawpaw's. Last night we had a BBQ and shot off fire works. Today we spent a lot of time in the water. They have this huge water slide with a pool at the bottom of it. My favorite part of it is the water gun at the bottom. I held on to it most of the day.
It was fun to try and get a drink out of it. I kept spraying myself in the face every time.
After we swam for a while, we had a picnic.
This morning Daddy was eating his big bowl of cereal and I decided I wanted to eat mine in a bowl with milk, just like him.
I've gotten pretty good at it, I just dribble a little milk here and there. Fruit Loops are my favorite, but as long as it's in a bowl with milk, I'll eat just about any kind.
Mom and Dad got me a new pool for this summer. I've out grown my one from last year.
Today Mom stripped my diaper and just let me swim in my clothes. I sure hope she remembered to put sunscreen on my sensitive areas.
She said I remind her a lot of Uncle Jeff in this picture. I wonder what that means?
I love swimming and playing in the water. I swim almost every day.
Mom has been wanting a fish aquarium so we can sit and watch the fish. She finally got one for her birthday. Here I am posing in front of it.
Today we went to the St. Louis Zoo. When we went into the Children's area there was a turkey out wandering around. He kept trying to come close to me.
Then we went to pet the goats.
Mom said I was too brave. I was not afraid of any of the animals. I got nose to nose with the goats and had to make sure I pet every one of them.
I was so brave, I even sat on this huge gorilla. Mom was thankful he wasn't real. I had fun at the zoo and can't wait to go again next year.
Today I helped Dad mow the yard. We've been having to mow about twice a week, so I figured I'd pitch in and help a little. I'm sure I was a big help.
Don't I look like a big helper? I kept having to take breaks because the dust and grass was blowing in my face.
Mom got me some new summer clothes today and some flip flops. All I have is tennis shoes and she said I needed some different shoes for summer. Every time I put them on, I do the flip flop dance.
