I'm in the dog house

Mom was working in the bedroom today and when she wasn't looking I crawled in to JD's house. I think there's plenty of room in there for both of us.

Horse ride

Dad gave me a horse ride this morning, but it wasn't on a real horse. Dad's not too fond of horse's so this may be the only kind I get to ride.
I rode that horse 'til his legs got tired.

I'm ONE

These are some of my ONE YEAR pictures. Mom said it was a really hard day for her the day of my birthday. I don't think her and Dad can believe I'm getting so big.

My hideout

When Dad finished putting my Cozy Coupe together he left the box for me to play in.

Mom tried to crawl in with me. She took this picture and then we both got stuck in the box.
Dad had Mom cut some windows in my fort. I could play in this box forever.

911

I partied so hard last night that mom had to wake me up at 9:00 this morning. When we got up, Dad put my Cozy Coupe together for me. This fire truck is a lot of fun to drive. It even makes siren sounds.
Did someone call 911?

Time for cake

I had a birthday cake all to myself. I think this number one on top means that's how old I am.
Man this stuff is pretty good.
What are you all looking at? Mom told me to dig in.
What a great first birthday. I bet Mom and Dad were wanting some of my birthday cake.
I just about ate it all. I think Mom and Dad were afraid I was going to get sick if I ate too much of it. It was good and it sure was messy. Dad stripped me down right there in front of my whole party and took me straight to the tub.

Presents, presents and more presents

Uncle Jeff gave me this really fun rocking horse. He talks and sings and makes all kinds of noises.
I had so much fun with all the paper and boxes. Mom kept trying to get me to open more presents, but I just wanted to play with the boxes.
Look at this really cool John Deere tractor that Johnna and Phil gave me. It was really fun to tear the paper off of it.
I can't believe all the presents and cards that I got. THANK YOU everyone.
Grandma and Grandpa Glascock got me a Cozy Coupe. I can't wait for Dad to put it together.

Birthday Bash

Tonight was my FIRST Birthday Party. I had so much fun. I'm so glad I will have many more parties to come.

Grayson helps out with dinner

Mom and Dad were talking about fixing dinner so I decided I should get some dishes out and help.
Does this look like enough?
OK, I think I'm ready. What are we making? If it's something big, I might have to get out the BIG bowls.
I looked for those BIG bowls but couldn't find them. Mom tells me later that they're in a different cabinet.

Where's Grayson

Today I was playing hide and seek with Mom. It took me a while to find a good spot and then it took Mom and while to find me.
She said I looked like a jailbird behind bars.

Getting so big

Mom and Dad say I'm getting so big. I've finally figured out how to drink out of my sippy cups now and only use my bottle at bedtime. These cups are kinda tricky, but I feel like a big boy when I drink out of them.

Slippery little things

Tonight Mom gave me ravioli's for the first time. Those darn things are so slippery. Just when I would get one to my mouth, it would shoot out of my hand.
